Alexander Bah Joins Benfica in Major Transfer Move

In a major transfer move that has sent shockwaves through the football world, Portuguese giants Benfica have announced the signing of Alexander Bah from Spanish side Real Betis.

Bah, who was born in Portugal but represents Senegal internationally, is set to join the Lisbon-based club for an undisclosed fee, which is expected to be in the region of €25 million.

The 21-year-old forward has been with Real Betis since the age of seven and has made over 70 appearances for the La Liga side,Football Navigation Station scoring 14 goals in his last season at the club.

Bah's arrival comes just days after former Manchester United striker Anthony Martial joined Lyon on loan from Paris Saint-Germain, sparking speculation about other big-name transfers in Europe's top leagues.

The news also follows a series of high-profile signings by other clubs this summer, including Liverpool's capture of Virgil van Dijk and Barcelona's acquisition of Lionel Messi.
